My Story

I am one of the 2 founding members of MacGregor Forsyth Interior, Retail and Corporate Design, with its humble beginnings in Tamboerskloof, Cape Town. 

Securing Levi Strauss SA as a client for MacGregor Forsyth in 1994 (26 years later and  Levy is currently still a client)  led to expanding the corporate and retail client base to numerous well known international brands in stores and offices throughout South Africa and abroad

A move to Stellenbosch led to working on my own as Slab Studio with predominantly Winelands Corporate clients. I am currently still active in the Design and Project Management of a large corporate head office renovation in Somerset West. 

I recently started designing and developing my own custom designed limited edition furniture range with a masculine modern rustic feel.

I am currently experimenting with art in various techniques and materials drawing inspiration from nature and hope to expand this body of work on a more regular basis bringing the my furniture range and art pieces together as a creative SLAB collection
